Exporting Pandora Mailbox to MBOX Format? Empty Exporting Pandora Mailbox to MBOX Format?

Pandora's feature summary states that it uses non-proprietary mailbox formats.

As far as I can tell Pandora's .mbc and .mbi files are proprietary.

How can I export a mailbox from Pandora in MBOX format?  is it just a matter of renaming .mbc to .mbox?
