Online images not displaying automatically
Mon Jul 01, 2024 9:59 pm
Online images do not display unless I go into Viewing tab and activate for each email separately.
I have gone into Settings and turned on and off several times the prompts for Online content and there is no change.
When the mail is opened if I click the View tab and click on 'Allow All' the online content for tat specific email will show up. But when I close that message and go to the next the online content does not display. Have to do each email separately to see content
This only started recently, Running Pandora 5.7.0

Fliphmds,
See the circled areas of two Pandora Mailbox Summary windows in the graphic below. Use the mouse pointer to left+click on the diamond shaped image to open a small window with three options for controlling display of online content. Select Allow All and all images will be downloaded when a message in this Mailbox window is opened. Repeat this for each Mailbox.
Alternatively, go to the menu option View|Online Content, left+click, select Allow All, and left+click to set the option for the open Mailbox window that is selected. Again, this action most be repeated for each Mailbox.
Default action for displaying online content is set in menu item Settings|General|Viewing Mail, left+click on Online Content and select all three items. The key options is Inherit message Online Content policy from mailbox summary. However, the policy still must be set on each Mailbox.
Hope this helps.
