Billing emails from energy utility are blank (headers only)
Mon Jul 29, 2024 9:57 am
Starting a few months ago, electricity and gas bill emails from my energy utility have no content after they are downloaded to the PC by Pandora.
Content displays normally when these messages are viewed on the IMAP server with Pandora.
All other messages display normally.
Personality Cache settings: Full Message. Online images is ticked.
Suggestions welcome.

I've previously encountered this sort of issue. Brana's advice is to send him a zipped copy of such problematic messages -- the entire original message, exactly as found as a file in a disk folder -- and not a forwarded copy, which he wuld not be able to examine so as to work out why Pandora cannot properly render its content.
Just as an example: The Inbox folder a.k.a. mail file called In.mf and it contains two files. The actual messages (one or multiple messages) are held in the mail box content file In.mbc and you zip and send this. You don't need to send the mail box index file In.mbi because this is automatically created (by scanning the In.mbc file).
You don't need to send all the messages that may be in a folder. Just transfer the problematical message(s) to a temporary folder.
Zip and send that folder with its limited number of messages, by using menu item Help >> Send Feedback >> Report a Bug and be sure then to return the sample message(s) back to the original folder.

Thanks Tony. I did what you suggested. The good news from Brana is that a fix for this problem was already in the works, and will be part of an update during August.
