I downloaded Pandora, then purchased, have the serial number, ... logged in as administrator, Pandora just reverts to demo ... (x86, Windows 10 Pro) What next?

Hello Sylvia:

Hit Help/Registration from the main menu, paste your registration info there. Make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces, user name is case sensitive. Hit Update.

Yes, thank you, I did all that, it doesn't 'take', just reverts to the demo mode ...

Sylvia, we just checked it out - your registration info is 100% valid. Do this please:
1. Hit Help/Send Feedback/Report a Bug from the main menu.
New addressed message is composed with some system specs.
2. Hit Send.

Did it go through? We received nothing.

Did you not configure your Dominant personality yet? Here is how to do it:
1. Click View/Personalities, right-click on Dominant, hit Properties.
2. Inspect your user name/password and server address.
3. Click on Sending Mail and inspect Secure Sockets When Sending option and port number. It should match the specs given to you by your Internet Service provider.
4. Hit OK.

Open your Out box, find queued Bug Report message, hit Send again.

I deleted Pandora and related files, logged in as admin, reinstalled, made the comcast.net personality dominant, still can't send, so I realize that's why I can't register. Euduora is working again. I have, regretfully, given up on Pandora.

It's not related - you can use Dominant in Demo-Mode.

Perhaps you confused your Pandora-forum user info with registration info. Your Pandora user name is Sylvia Caras (not SylviaCaras). Sometimes mail with registration info ends up in Junk mailbox, so we re-sent it to you (that's your 'bulk' address).

If you decide to try again just copy or import your Dominant persona from Eudora, inspect your password and set the port number:
If SSL is set to Always, commonly used port is: 465
If SSL is set to If Available, commonly used port is: 587
If SSL is set to Never, commonly used port is: 25

Thank you for trying to help and I have done what is called for, no mistakes, correct configuration of personality as in Eudora currently, copied/pasted registration info ... Regretfully, I'm done.
