preview pain [RESOLVED] Empty preview pain [RESOLVED]

Wed Apr 15, 2020 11:17 pm
Hi:   New pandora user.
I'd like the preview pain to always open when a mailbox is opened (like in Eudora).   I don't see an option for that - am I missing something?

Hello rnm,

Preview Pane state and position is always preserved, for any particular mailbox.

You would like to have a single state that applies to all mailboxes, correct? If so, there is no such option, but it can be implemented of course.

Thanks for this.

Yes, pretty generally when I open a mailbox I like to see the message preview pane so as to be able to review (and probably delete quickly) the message without opening it.... Would be nice to have the option of applying the configuration to all mailboxes, rather than having to set separately (I don't have too many mailboxes but have heard of users who have hundreds (inbox by month, for example...).

Cheers Richard

Freudian slips don't lie and next release is dedicated to mailbox summaries related features, so expect it in version 3.61
