Calendar program to work with .ics files?

My work involves a ton of online meetings, usually set up by somebody's sending a message with a "standard" calendar attachment, the .ics extension. I'm currently using Thunderbird, having switched from Eudora several years ago, but Pandy looks like a good alternative, given how T'bird is in decline and never was quite as good as Eudora. Back in my Eudora days I didn't need the .ics support but it is really important now. So is there any calendaring program that can automatically, or easily, work with these attachments (mostly receive, some send) in Pandora Mail? Thanks.
