"preconditions not met" - no mail going out

Hi, for over 24 hours now I have not been able to send mails. These are stuck in outbox and the log says "preconditions not met".
NB there have been both Windows (10) and Pandora (to 4.2.4.1) updates over the last couple of days.

Here is an example log extract:

It's a bit bad as I have to travel and leave a stack of unsent mails.
