Problem retrieving mail

I am having a problem in trying to to retrieve my mail this morning. I click on "check mail and it starts and hangs with the following message when checking tasks;
Task: Checking Terry
Status: Active
Details: Host found. Network address for 'mail.comcast.net' obtained.
Completed: 3 %
Time: 3/2/2022 9:49:55 AM
It will hang there for a few minutes and then the tasks will time out. I shut down and restart Pandora and try again but same problem. Any suggestions?

Never mind!! Butch answered this issue a few months back and I could not remember or initially find it. The problem solved BUT the question of what causes it to hang on the multiple personality mail check remains.
