This is done now, second leg of verification is over, there are no more quotas for Gmail accounts.

Also, as Pandora is fully verified now, there are fewer clicks required for that first log-in.
Note. Depending on your ip-address, or devices used, Google may decide to send you additional verification link/sms message.
