Love the new colours. Conform more to original Eudora... are we going to see alphabetized mailboxes?

Absolutely, but we'll have to reproduce that one first. If there is anything out of the ordinary (default stock options) in your Windows settings (such as region/locale or network drives), drop us a bug report.

Assuming you are talking about mailboxes-tree and the menus (Mailboxes/Transfer).
