Sent mail sync hangs at 76%

My Inbox sync with the server, although I cannot preview the messages. But my sent mail always hangs at 67%. I first tried re-synching five our six times, always get the same error. I have tried deleting a few email on the server around where the sync gets stuck, and sometimes I will download a few more messages, but it always sticks at 67%. Any ideas appreciated!

I have tried deleting the email that it hangs on, but it either hangs on the next one or one close to the next one. I tried deleting about twenty on the server but it always hangs in the same place.
Also, after it hangs, some parts of the program stop working.
The Inbox syncs, but the sent box hangs.

BTW I paid for another subscription since this seems like a lot of work.

Most likely the message 'Video at VMMF? )' contains large attachments (attached videos).

If you are storing large attachments/video files (say 300-400 MB a peace) on IMAP server, downloading those messages takes about the same amount of time as downloading videos with Internet browser.
If that's the case try this:
1. Open related IMAP-Persona properties, check Cache Basic Headers.
2. Hit OK.
Synchronize now goes fast.

If you need to store that particular message locally, open Sent, select the message and transfer it to a local mailbox.

The messages do not have large attachments and I have a fiber connection These are tiny messages. The largest attachments are one or two page pdf. There are few photos well under 1mb.
I would like to use this program but I cannot download the messages from the server. There are many missing messages. I have created new personalities with the same name, reinstalled the program, and so on.
In the photo you can see a huge gap in the downloads, it simply isn't transferring all the messages.
It's a a gap of more than twelve years of messages.

Can you give us number of messages in Sent, estimate is fine. We'll re-create that environment and the load, it's possible some data types have to be optimized for large number of messages.

Of course. In the Sent box, I can download 874 of 1149 messages. In the In box, I can download 4206 of 10544 messages.
I reinstalled Outlook, and was able to download all of my message (but I don't like Outlook!).
In addition, in Pandora, if I go into webmail and move a message that was not downloaded into Archive, it shows up in Archive. But I can't fix the problem this way way because when I move it back into "In" from Archive, it changes the date to today's date. If I use webmail and move it it, then move it back, the date stays the same, so there's a difference in the way the messages are handled. Thanks.
I have also tried the Ad Hoc "download all messages" which actually removed some...weird.
I'm wondering if there is a way other than reinstalling to override the sync command, but since I have even installed the program on my laptop and the same error happens, not sure if that will help.

Also, maybe important, many of the dates and times are wrong, incomplete (no time, just date) and scrambled. See pic. Date and Time correct in Outlook.
